At Bad Workwear, we stand by the durability of our gear, but if your fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, we make the process as hard-wearing and straightforward as our apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
